Tickets to ‘La Cave’ — a La Pêche x Annabel’s Wine Bar event are selling fast…
The upcoming pop-up will see a collaborative effort by the ever-popular Emma and Nick from La Pêche and our favourite Ponsonby Wine Bar take shape in the courtyard out the back of Annabel’s. A new beauty spot has opened on Ponsonby Road…
Zoe Clarke (L’Oreal hair artist) and Imogen Bevan (founder of POP Nails) have opened the doors to their beautiful, new beauty destination in Ponsonby Road’s Fire Station. INCO Studio will offer a range of hair and nail services, perfect for when you just need a little weekend lift.

230 new emojis are set to be released this year…
With an inclusive line-up that covers various disabilities, new animals (including a sloth and a sea-otter), a yawning face, and new foods (hello, oyster)  expect to be able to start using these when the next iOS and Android updates become available later this year.

Belles Hot Chicken pop-up at Longroom ends on Sunday…
Morgan McGlone, the creator of Belles Hot Chicken is back at Longroom after a successful first pop-up in August last year. Teaming up with Estrella Damm to offer a temporary menu at Longroom of delicious Southern fried chicken and icy cold lager, the chicken connoisseurs have rendered the Ponsonby Road hotspot even hotter – especially with the addition of the hot wings challenge, which invites anyone game enough to eat six of the ‘Really F***ing Hot’ wings as fast as they can. If that sounds like a bit of you, make sure you get in there to try your luck before it all comes to an end.
