Mr. Bones is putting the artistry back into the creation of sensational bangers. Crafted using ethically farmed meat and boasting unique flavours such as beef empanada, Pork and Sambucca and Sunday Roast, these new and niche underground producers are well worth seeking out. Our personal favourite? The Pork Siu Mai banger, bursting with flavour and comprising of shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and a string of other delicious secret ingredients adapted from an old family recipe. Taking orders via their facebook page, sausages don’t come much tastier than this. Trust us, we wouldn’t dare tell porkies.
