Atomic Coffee is taking us on a well-fuelled road trip to the South Island

Expect equal parts coffee, fun and shenanigans.

In a caffeine-charged expedition of epic proportions, the team from Atomic Coffee Roasters are driving a caravan from Auckland to Queenstown this June on a road trip that promises free coffee and an abundance of fun and shenanigans.

The action-packed convoy begins Tuesday (13th June) and will be stopping along the way in Nelson for the Latte Art Throwdowns, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown, arriving in the Southern snow capital just in time for much-anticipated Winterfest. Camping up at Earnslaw Park, the team will invite festival-goers to stop by for their daily fix, before ending the epic roadie on the 26th June.

Be sure to check out Atomic’s Instagram and Facebook as the good team will be live streaming, capturing all the fun in real time (think Queenstown fireworks) as well as some seriously beautiful scenery along the way. And it’s not just a cup of Joe you might score, there are also some sweet competitions where you can win yourself a roll-fixie bike, $250 Jucy dollars, Bailey Nelson sunnies and some nourishing goods from Triumph & Disaster.
