As of yesterday, luxury Italian fashion house Prada has a new e-store, giving Australian and New Zealand customers easier access to the brand’s latest collections.

Boasting a wide product selection covering ready-to-wear, bags, accessories, shoes, fragrances and eyewear, shoppers can either buy online and collect from the nearest store (see: Prada Queen Street) or have them delivered directly to their doorsteps. Stores will also offer the option of booking in for a personal shopping session through the site, where you can try on those shoes you’ve been eyeing up for months, saying you don’t really need them, but buying them anyway because really, you did.

With e-commerce revolutionising the face of retail, it’s no surprise that highly acclaimed, heritage brands like Prada are ensuring everyone has the option to buy online. So hold onto your wallets — it would seem it’s time for a sartorial upgrade.
