Ponsonby Central plays host to a very cool charity art exhibition this week

All proceeds from this very cool art will be going directly to the SPCA.

An avid animal lover and animal welfare advocate at heart, artist Barry Fenton started developing his penchant for art and design 10 years ago. Inspired by the likes of Rothko, Rauschenberg, Goldsworthy and Yoko Ono, today, he is using his artistic powers to help animals in need by way of a week-long charity art exhibition that will be showing some of his very cool works.

Bazart will be running from Monday 11th to Sunday 17th September (next week) in Ponsonby Central’s Shop 8. Throughout the week, there will be adoption forms in the shop, so that you can simultaneously start planning for the next family member while shopping for art. With over 20 pieces of his art up for sale and all proceeds going directly to the SPCA, Barry is hoping to give the organisation a tidy sum to help support animals in need. So go on, drop by and have a look.

Bazart will run from 11th-17th September.
