Theatre: Medea

Created by a pair of notable Australian theatre-makers, Kate Mulvany and Anne-Louise Sarks, this award-winning adaptation of Medea — a Euripides classic — focuses on two previously untold perspectives. The novel production’s joyful and achingly tender observation of two brothers playing, bickering and being caught up in the wonderment of youth, serves as a reminder of our responsibility to those most vulnerable.

Medea will be showing at Auckland’s Herald Theatre from 16th June – 9th July.
