Located in the Big Apple, the residential project designed by Union Studio has completely transformed the private home from its former life as a NoHo factory. And while the exposed brick and sun-soaked feel in the loft are enough to draw us in to stay a while, we especially heart the headboard of hexagonal Frozen Garden tiles by Marcel Wanders and the master bathroom’s custom teak soaking tub.
