Tapping into the superior union of Berlin-based design agency Lambs & Lions, interior designer Annabell Kutucu and architect Vana Pernari, the new hotel brand Casa Cook Rhodes — a series of 90 one- and two-storey pool villas in Kolymbia, a small seaside town on the eastern coastline of Rhodes — is a stunning sight to behold. Set against a backdrop of rugged rocky hills, the vibe is resolutely mid-century California louche, luring one in to stay a while with its exposed stone walls and timber decks strewn with woven straw poufs, throws and retro wire chairs.
