Since their presentation at Milan last year, we’ve been fizzing about the prospect of getting our hands on the new range of kids’ toys by Kartell. Taking the usually long gestation period to manifest from Italy’s most famous exhibition floor to retail stores, Kartell has finally landed the delightful range created by a cohort of world renowned designers — with smaller humans in mind. From Piero Lissoni’s plastic fantastic race car, mini Ghost chairs complete with cool decals, to Nendo’s modern day rocking horse available in a palette of pretty colours, it’s high time tacky toys were put on the back burner in favour of these supremely stylish editions.
