Located amidst the hustle and bustle of Madrid, this new gastronomic venture elevates the humble ham sandwich to new heights. In charge of the design was the talented team at Lucas y Hernández-Gil Arquitectos, who transformed the space into a sophisticated, high-end bar and eatery. Paying homage to the original aesthetic of the late 19th-century building, they use an interesting soft palette of pale pinks, powder blues and blonde wood contributing to the inviting atmosphere of the space, while depth is acheived with the deep blue tiles and a luminous gold wall featured behind the bar.
