Following the madness that is Milan Design Week/Salone del Mobile, aka the Oscars of the furniture world, comes the equally anticipated ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) in New York. Amongst the array of city-wide installations, pop-ups and parties that will define the three-day-long affair taking place later this month is a temporary showroom by acclaimed New Zealand furniture marque, Resident.
The space, located in the TriBeCa district, will serve as the place of unveiling for the brand’s eagerly-awaited 2018 furniture collection. Conceived and curated by local creatives Simon James and Scott Bridgens, the collection is notable for the fact that it contains Resident’s first ever range of sofas, divided into the Arcade and Carousel product families.
Furthermore, the culmination of 12 months of progress and innovation will also give way to a number of highly-considered furniture pieces including the Isabella chair and pendant, floor and table lights.
