Sydney Potts Point apartments

Turning heads in Sydney’s Potts Point, 10 Wilde Street is a new set of residential apartments developed by Investec and designed by SJB. Consisting of 22 apartments spread over seven levels, the building draws upon the rich architectural heritage of the area while also integrating a fresh and contemporary look. Employing natural building materials like brickwork on the east, south and west faćade of the building, the exterior is modernised by a transparent steel and aluminum window framing. The interior is in harmony with the building, flaunting timber and parquet, large skirting boards and detailed door panels.
