This year marks Billecart-Salmon’s 200th anniversary, making it one of the oldest independently owned houses in the world. The marque, though known for its understatedness, is set to celebrate in style with a lavish banquet at SKYCITY’s MASU by Nic Watt on Thursday 3rd May. Inviting 140 people to join in a festive evening of fine food, excellent drink and exceptional company, the five-course degustation will be specially designed by MASU chef Nic Watt and paired with a range of incredible Champagnes from Maison Billecart-Salmon.

Puneet Dhall, the official Billecart-Salmon Ambassador, will regale stories of love, intrigue and history of the Maison throughout the evening that will unite lovers of the renowned Champagne house. The event will precede another even more exotic affair that will see the second centenary celebrations continue at Fiji’s exclusive VOMO island later in May.
