Often considered the handbrake to a menu’s creative progression by chefs, most decent eateries have a dish that just simply cannot be passed by, nor can it ever be removed from the menu. Typically reflective of the restaurant’s overall style, a good signature dish evokes a feeling so strong in the diner, they return time-after-time, specifically to order the dish.
The following signature dishes have recognised as dishes that have truly magnetic gastronomic appeal, and have been shortlisted as 2020 Denizen Hospo Heroes.
