Fukuko expands its offering with a stellar sushi menu

No doubt we'll be indulging in our lunchtime poké habit.

Already devotees of the tacos, donburi and cocktails going down at Britomart’s cosiest eatery, Fukuko, the launch of its newest temptation, a weekday sushi menu, is expanding the horizons of our midday meals.

Created by the same infallible culinary team behind Ebisu, the fresh selection encompasses all of our most-loved maki rolls and nigiri as well as introducing a few curious new combinations. Think seared beef with avocado, capsicum and yuzu mustard; chicken katsu sushi; salmon and tuna poké bowls, and perfectly crisp nori chips. With a pick ‘n’ mix mentality that allows you to choose your favourite flavours, there will also be speciality items added on the reg.

With the option to dine in or take away from 11am-3pm Monday-Friday, you can also order Fukuko Sushi for your next get together, with platters available so long as you give the 24 hours notice.
