We’re stepping up our after-dinner mint game with Lewis Road Creamery‘s newest offering — Mint Chocolate Milk. Advised that it goes exceptionally well with the brand’s heady Chocolate Cream Liqueur, it was a no-brainer to try the recipe for ourselves. After shaking up the incredibly easy, two-step cocktail, we can confirm that this pleasantly sweet and subtly refreshing libation is worth trying at home.

Ingredients:
Cup of ice
45ml Lewis Road Creamery Chocolate Cream Liqueur
60ml Lewis Road Creamery Mint Chocolate Milk
Fresh mint to garnish

Method:
Place ice, liqueur & Mint Chocolate milk in a shaker, shake well, pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a leaf of fresh mint.
