As much as we all enjoy gathering our loved ones together for a quintessential Christmas meal, imagine how much less stressful it could be if someone were to take the process of cooking off our hands entirely, leaving us with far more time and energy to enjoy what is generally meant to be a day of merriment and quality family time. Enter: Ostro’s Christmas feast. 

The chefs at Ostro have outdone themselves this year, with a sumptuous spread of delicious dishes, ready for you to take home, and finish with minimal time and effort on the big day. Choose two proteins from the selection of four mouth-watering options: maple glazed free range Harmony ham, Te Mana lamb shoulder, Big Glory Bay salmon and rolled free-range porchetta. To these, add a selection of sides, including honey glazed carrots, almonds and thyme; potato gratin; seasonal greens with herb butter, and tomato and pomegranate salad, plus brandy snaps and pavlova for dessert.

There will also be the option to just pick up a glazed Christmas ham by itself, should you be willing to take care of the accoutrements, and if you’re keen to ramp things up a notch (it is Christmas, after all) then additions of champagne, seafood platters and cheese selections are also available. 

Ostro’s Christmas feasts feed 6-8 or 10-12 people, and there is limited availability. Orders must be placed by Tuesday 16th of December at 5pm, with pick up only from Ostro on Wednesday, 23rd or Thursday 24th of December.
