Taking the idea of high-tea and subjecting it to the SEVEN treatment, one of our favourite, downtown rooftop eateries is offering a distinctly savoury take on tradition, replacing cakes and scones with delicate Asian fare.
HIGHNESS will be available every Saturday from 1pm until 5pm, with lively DJs and that signature Seafarers view seriously raising the bar for weekend lunch. Head Chef Fred Wong has created a set, three-tiered menu, featuring dishes like five spice duck salad, crayfish and crab with mascarpone cheese and truffle soy and Hamachi sashimi with daikon pickles. There is even an optional dessert tier for those with an insatiable sweet tooth (AMEN). We’re talking macarons, Portuguese tarts and a naughty marshmallow ménage à trois.
Kicking off with a bang this Saturday, HIGHNESS is set to seriously elevate weekend lunch. Bookings are essential and cost $40 per person. Add bottomless mimosas for $25 per person.
