SEVEN’s ‘Lunch Box’ offering is the perfect excuse for a mid-week date

Given it’s getting to be that ultra-social time of year when we try to catch up with every man and his dog before ye ol’ Yuletide rolls around, we’re scheduling in lunch dates like Millie Bobby Brown is scheduling in public appearances, i.e. left, right and centre. This is why you need to know about SEVEN’s latest offering: the lunch box.

Of anything but a schoolyard calibre, the delicious bento-like box encompasses an array of delicacies and is available from Monday to Thursday from 12-3pm. The mouth-watering smorgasbord comes at the modest price of $25 comprising your choice of main (beef short rib, toothfish cheek, free-range teriyaki chicken or miso glazed eggplant) and sides (popcorn shrimp or tofu, pork belly bao, cucumber shiitake pickles and more). The team have also anticipated that you will be thirsty, in which case you can add a glass of Tokyo Dry, Ned rosé or a thirst-quenching summer punch for a total of $30.

An easy, breezy and delicious solution for the hard and fast season ahead, best make this your go-to spot for a mid-week lunch date. What’s more, if you miss out on this delicious lunch option, at least you can still get on board with SEVEN’s ‘Get Litty Happy Hour’ from 3-5pm Monday to Friday where $7 house wine and $7 Tokyo Dry will keep your whistle wet.
