Forever keeping us on our toes with their rotation of delicious pop-ups, Sneaky Snacky, Ostro’s latest installation on The Deck, is a tribute to 80s fanfare and is set to be our new go-to for liquid lunch and late night libations.

With Chef Kang at the helm, a number of Korean-inspired bar snacks and naughty treats adorn the menu, including K.F.C (Korean Fried Chicken) where the chicken has been marinated overnight in buttermilk, ginger and garlic before being deep-fried and served alongside smoked gochujang sauce; a Donut Burger, where housemade, fresh doughnuts frame a Wagyu pattie, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo and kimchi fritters; and grilled octopus that has been marinated overnight and cooked on the grill, served with accompanying seaweed spring rolls.

Add to this delicious line-up a nostalgic playlist of 80s bangers to help you turn back time, and you have the makings of a night to remember.

Sneaky Snacky opens tonight and will be open from Tuesdays — Saturdays, 12pm until 3pm and then 5pm until late for the next month.
