Available on perfectly charred slabs of sourdough or ciabatta, toppings range from creamy mozzarella, Calabrian chilli and roasted garlic to smoked trevally with lemon parsley mayonnaise. Making for an ideal entrée to your main, we’re particularly fond of the crayfish, black garlic aioli and saffron variety (pictured), especially when paired with an icy cold glass of G.H. Mumm on a summer afternoon.
