Hot, fried chicken and Spanish beer collide at Longroom’s upcoming pop-up, promising a masterful execution of the crowd-favourite combo at the hands of acclaimed chef (and founder of Belles Hot Chicken), Morgan McGlone.

Bringing his signature chook across the ditch (and back to his home country), McGlone will create a special menu to be served at the Ponsonby Road locale for four days only. “I’ve created an awesome Belles Hot Chicken x Estrella Damm dish to serve alongside some favourites like the Belles Hot Chicken sandwich and chicken sliders” McGlone explains, “perfect washed down with the delicious Spanish lager.” Having honed his fried chicken skills working for Husk in Nashville, this chef’s mastery of the Southern delight is what has earnt his Sydney and Melbourne eateries such a cult following — and what is sure to draw the crowds to this delicious offering.
