Stationed a few kilometres beyond the Omaha turnoff on Leigh Road in an unassuming black shed, lies the home of Sawmill Brewery. The lofty, purpose-built shed houses the inner workings of the brewery along with cosy indoor seating for cooler days. Outside, the courtyard offers cushion littered squabs, long tables and outdoor fireplaces for groups to gather around. The industrial chic vibe works perfectly with the rustic menu of tasting platters and smoked meats, all washed down with the brewery’s highly-coveted beers.
